- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We got married on 20th September 2013 and had booked A Little Bit Of Bling to do our wedding decor, owner Sarah Louise Cawthorne (also known as Croft) based at 20 Hickmerelands Lane, Sedgley, Dudley, DY3 3SS.
We booked to have star lit dancefloor, star lit tables, star lit cake skirt, cast iron post box, chair covers sashers and brooches, candy buffet and ferreo roche trees. We spent a total of £1058.00.
Sarah stated she became ill with depression and anxiety in August but she assured me the booking would still be going ahead. 2 days before she was due to do the start of the start up I was told the electrical iteme were not available due to her insurance not covering her because of medication. I accepted this and asked for my refund for those items but they were still going to provide the other items and would be there the 19th september.
They never arrived nor did they contact me to advise they were not coming. Sarah ignores all messages I send and now states that she has filed for bankruptcy. Ive not been refunded a penny. I have contacted Action Fraud and reported what she has done and Trading Standards are investigating.
She also states that Paradise Weddings has purchased her stock and they will be completing future bookings that people have made. However this company appears to be linked to Sarah.By Admin, March 11, 2019
